Lucy Meacock

Lucy is one of Britain’s longest serving news and current affairs presenters. She’s won numerous awards from the Royal Television Society and was part of the Granada Reports team that made history by winning the 2007/8 BAFTA.

Since 2008 she’s presented national news for ITN and she’s known across the North West as the friendly face of Granada Reports, a show she’s anchored for 21 years. She’s hosted a number of network shows and appeared in the 2008 Christmas hit for Peter Kay!
Lucy has always been proud of her North West origins. She enjoys promoting the wealth of business opportunities here as well as a number of charities.

It has been a great privilege to be a part of iNspire, both on the board, and as a Hub Leader. Being part of this organisation has allowed me to work closely with a diverse range of charities, from start-up’s to large established organisations. Alongside the reward of being able to contribute to the success of these charities, working with iNspire has given me a great insight into the third-sector, and allowed me to really focus and develop my philanthropy further.
