How does iNspire Work?

Our model is based on that used by many leading CEO organisations and is designed to provide both peer support and experienced leadership skills to each charity.

Charities are grouped together (“Hubs”), comprising 4 to 6 non-competing charities. Each Hub is led by a successful business person or entrepreneur (“Hub Leader”) who has considerable knowledge, expertise and leadership skills.

The Hubs meet on a monthly basis providing a forum for discussion between the charities and also advice and direction from the Leader. Each charity also benefits from a one to one meeting with their Hub Leader on a quarterly basis.

In addition to acting as a sounding board, the Hub Leaders assess the requirements of the charities, and where necessary, match those requirements with the services offered by our business supporters, all of whom have donated time and expertise into a pool of pro-bono hours accessible to all member charities.
