North West Air Ambulance

North West Air Ambulance are one of the charity’s fortunate enough to have been involved with iNspire since the beginning.

I quickly came to realise that a charity in isolation feels their problems are monumental and unique to them. Through iNspire you will realise that your problems are the same as those being encountered by other charities and through group discussions plans can be put in place to overcome them.

There is a wealth of knowledge within iNspire that we are fortunate to have access to and I have met some wonderful people along the way.

I would say that every charity should have the benefit of an iNspire group.

The Mustard Tree Charity

iNspire has been invaluable for our charity. Personally, I have benefited hugely from being linked with a brilliant business mentor who has helped me develop my skills and see things from a fresh perspective.

The pool of expertise and pro-bono support through iNspire has been a source of great advice and has saved The Mustard Tree a significant amount of money. iNspire is an excellent context for charities and businesses across the North West to connect and in doing so, be strengthened. I would strongly encourage any North West charity to get involved.

Vikas Shah, Board Member and Hub Leader

It has been a great privilege to be a part of iNspire, both on the board, and as a Hub Leader.  Being part of this organisation has allowed me to work closely with a diverse range of charities, from start-up’s to large established organisations.  Alongside the reward of being able to contribute to the success of these charities, working with iNspire has given me a great insight into the third-sector, and allowed me to really focus and develop my philanthropy further.

Lesley-Ann Birley, Executive Director

I love been involved in iNspire because I know that the combination of skills that we offer really do help the charities involved in the programme reach their goals quicker.  People are really grateful for the time and expertise you give them, even if you do something that doesn’t seem like a lot to you.  It’s also inspiring to be surrounded by people who are passionate about what they do and with iNspire I get to help a large number of local charities from areas where I grew up or live and feel like I’m actually doing some good.
