HOW WE HELP

We work with business leaders from across industry and pair them with third sector organisations of varying sizes and stages of growth. Leaders helping leaders. Simple!

From start ups through to more established groups, the key criteria for becoming an inspire* member is ambition and commitment.

Our members are placed in to Hubs of between 5 – 10 non competing but ambitious charities or not for profits. Between a range of group meetings, 1-2-1 sessions, strategy planning, events and online resources and tool kits, our members receive a whole array of information, education and support.

All together enables them to become more effective leaders, addressing often common challenges and helping to grow their organisations.

What does being a member look like?

To become an inspire* member is free. There is no catch.
In return for your commitment and time you will receive:

  •  Confidential third sector advisory group

  • 1-2-1 coaching and mentoring with a business leader

  • Peer to peer group members

  • Informal networking events

  • Expert speaker events

  • Best practice resources and toolkits

  • Sessional support with key strategy advisors

Further support and resources are available at generously discounted rates. So you can buy in small amounts of support as and when needed.

1/2

Your charity could benefit from inspire* membership if:

  • You struggle to prioritise effectively for the organisation and ‘can’t see the wood for the trees’

  • You need support on developing a business, funding and people strategy

  • You want to take your organisation from small to medium size

  • Your organisation is growing faster than you have resource to accommodate

Attending the hub meetings for us have been invaluable really. We don’t often get the chance to look at the bigger picture and think about things more strategically and the hubs have really given us an opportunity to do that.

Dr Erinma Bell MBE
Carisma

I think the best part of being an inspire* charity is getting to meet other charities that are like yourself, not overly huge, but not too small, and being able to network with those charities

Mark Geraghty
Seashell Trust

inspire* charities share the challenges they face and they work together to find solutions to those challenges. It really is a community of charities, there to support the development and aspirations of those charities.
